1. The motor does not turn and makes an abnormal sound at the same time, immediately turn off the emergency stop button, check whether the fuse is blown or loose, and then check whether the three-phase power supply of the motor is normal.
2. Press the motor start button, there is no possibility of the button switch, the line of the AC contactor loosening, or the thermal relay action due to the sound of the motor.
3. The oil pump is stuck, causing the motor not to rotate (the motor makes some noise at this time).
4. If the motor is burned out, repair it according to the original specifications and find the cause (such as phase failure, overload, bad contacts of the AC relay, loose contacts of the motor line, or unbalanced and unstable three-phase power supply voltage.
