With the continuous expansion of the demand for vertical injection molding machines, the competitiveness of enterprises is also continuously upgraded, which makes the vertical injection molding machine industry have a very promising development prospect. So what are the feeding methods of the vertical injection molding machine? Let's introduce the Zhenfei Injection Molding Machine.

There are three feeding methods for the standard vertical injection molding machine: front feeding, post-feeding, and fixed feeding. Generally, the appropriate feeding method is selected according to the nozzle and material conditions.

  1. Pre-feeding: After each injection is completed and the plasticization meets the pre-plasticization requirements, the injection seat retreats and moves forward until the next working cycle so that the nozzle is in contact with the mold for injection. This method is used for occasions where the nozzle temperature is not easy to control, the back pressure is high, and the backflow is prevented.

  2. Post-feeding: After the injection is completed, the injection seat retreats, and then pre-molding is performed. When the next working cycle starts, the injection seat moves forward for injection. This method is used for difficult control of nozzle temperature and processing of clean plastics.

  3. Fixed feeding: During the whole injection molding process, the nozzle keeps in contact with the mold. This method is suitable for situations where the nozzle temperature is easy to control and the plastic molding temperature range is wide.

What the feeding methods of the vertical injection molding machine are shared here today? The vertical injection molding machine is a kind of injection molding equipment with the largest amount. The output of vertical injection molding products accounts for more than 30% of the total plastic products. It is characterized by easy production automation, short production cycle, strong adaptability, and high production efficiency.
