A strong crusher's working environment is harsh, so the damage rate of parts is high. Some easy-to-wear parts are often damaged, which involves a replacement problem. Bearing is one of the wearing parts of jaw strong crusher, and replacement is also an inevitable problem. So what should we pay attention to when replacing bearings?
Generally, each factory has its way to replace bearings. Zhenfei Injection Molding Machine mainly introduces the matters needing attention in bearing replacement by impact method.
1. To protect the shaft head from being damaged: a sleeve with a bearing surface thickness of 40mm can be made to cover the shaft head, to prevent the flywheel from directly hitting the eccentric shaft and damaging the shaft head.
2. When the crane is used to lift heavy objects to impact the eccentric shaft, the center line of the flywheel should be kept in a straight line with the eccentric center line as far as possible.
3. The position of the impact bearing should be selected appropriately so that the bearing can be disengaged from the main cavity first. If the axis is offset, it should be aligned and then continue to impact until all of them leave the dynamic cavity.
After replacing the bearing, it needs to be assembled and installed. When assembling, there are two points to pay attention to:
1. When installing the eccentric shaft and the bearing on it into the movable jaw, the movable jaw should be placed vertically, and the underside of the movable jaw should be padded with a flywheel to make it leave the ground at a certain height. Try to make the axis of the movable jaw vertical to the horizontal plane, then burn wood under it, let the flame pass through the cavity, heat the movable jaw for about 1.5h, then lift the eccentric shaft and vertically fall into the cavity. To ensure the accurate installation of the bearing, the oil seal, end cover, and retaining ring of the bearing should be installed at the shaft head of the lifting end in advance, and then the external bearing should be installed. In addition, the number of revolutions of the plastic strong crusher eccentric shaft should be ensured.
2. After installing the eccentric shaft, keep the movable jaw fixed, and then install another flywheel. Four suitable stud bolts can be used, one end of which is put into the four screw holes of the shaft head. Then, lift the flywheel horizontally, pay attention to the up-and-down direction of the flywheel, and slowly lower it down. The shaft hole passes through these four bolts, and the Ping Jian is aligned with the keyway. Put the shaft end cover on the three bolts, add the backing plate, screw on the nut, press the flywheel down, and at the same time knock the flywheel hard, so that the flywheel can be installed quickly.
