Steel construction of the strong crusher body is very durable and stable, and thus does not affect the performance of the mechanical properties because of the solidified material during use. (c) Cast iron with the addition of oil seal and noise baffles, which effectively prevents noise and vibration. (d) Cast aluminum with the addition of oil seal and baffles. The steel components are all formed in one sheet and hardened at high temperature with the help of super-hot furnace or by super-cold forging.
The most important component of the strong series machinery is the cold work table that is bolted to the back of the machine and has a fixed framework. Cold work tables are manufactured from steel and are usually square or rectangular in cross section. They are also available in other dimensions depending upon the application requirements of the machinery.
The two types of crushing equipment are: wet and dry. Dry brushing is performed with a drum roller and a flat bed plate, while wet crushing uses a cone crusher and water jacketed drum roller. The hydraulic cylinder is used for wet type.
